A knife is sharp tool, so I’d say the answer is Sharp Aquos.
More exactly the phone should be Sharp Aquos Phone SH-01D and there seems to be several waterproof TV called Sharp Aquos.

You know this is actually fairly difficult! I know nothing about TV names!

I would say either the Motorola/Droid RAZR or The Panasonic Eluga. Both ‘waterproof’ but who knows!
