As Product Manager for the video platform at Millennial Media I led the charge to introduce a new video suite of products.

From the high end brand experience (Sync) to the turn-key perfromance unit (Companion), the goal was to offer a variety that was scalable, sustainable and ultimately profitable. Following release, video revenue in the first 3 months eclipsed the previous year total.
